 Dear Fellow Terrans!

We are microbial ethologists, studying various ingenious behavioral strategies of bacteria that accelerate their evolution of antibiotic resistance. Our work lies at the interface of a spectrum of disciplines - genetics, molecular biology, biochemistry, evolution, systems biology, and mathematical modeling. We want to identify the vulnerabilities in resistant bacteria and hope to create 'Evolutionary Therapeutics' to combat resistance evolution in the real world.

terran: from earth; ethology: study of behavior
